The Amrutwell Healthcare Welfare Foundation (AHWF) is a charitable organization established in 2023 with a mission focused on education, healthcare, and research initiatives. Our scope encompasses the management of nursing homes, hospitals, schools, and research institutions. Additionally, we are dedicated to providing medical services to underserved children in rural areas, as well as implementing projects to assist those in need.
Our mission extends to various endeavors, including managing healthcare facilities and educational institutions, all aimed at improving the well-being of communities. We prioritize reaching underserved populations, particularly in rural areas, with essential medical care and educational opportunities. Through our concerted efforts, we strive to make meaningful contributions to the betterment of society and the enhancement of quality of life for all.

Our Role
Amrutwell Healthcare Welfare Foundation will help in setting up and smooth operation of various
facilities through our sister concern Amrutwell Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. which handles operational
management of the various hospitals
At present we have two such hospitals namely Medray Hospital, 110 bedded hospital in Bangalore
and Sapphire Hospital at Nashik which are run on revenue sharing basis and we would like to convert
the same into rental model. By working on rental model we would be able to develop many more
departments which the additional fund generated and we would also be able to upgrade the hospital
with much better service.
To upgrade and develop the above mentioned hospitals we would be in need of approx. 6-7 crores.
